Get this one. Before you do, though, learn as much as you can about how to use it - a) Its effects when oriented with pointy end toward the scrotum and vice versa; b) how to effectively attach a vibrating device; how often to use for therapeutic effects, and how often its use causes significant pleasurable effects, and what these are.
This is a Great, Super product, But, Manufacturer/Retailers don't explain its potential uses and their effects. Info supplied isn't "user friendly" at all, and doesn't even support the device's sale-ability all that well.
SOoo, Great device, Very Poorly marketed.

Summary: "Satisfied...but it takes some practice..."

I enjoy prostate play generally, and this did not disappoint. It does, however, take some trial and error to get the right position and sitting surface. I found that a teak bench in the shower where the unit could be aligned with the slats helped in positioning and gave some area for support with the hands to you can reduce pressure of your weight on the cradle. It can hurt a little in the manner of a too firm massage if you hit the wrong spot, but when you hit the right one, the if there is pain, it's the good kind. It's not as versatile as I'd like, in that I cannot see using it anywhere but in the shower on a shower seat or in a bathtub maybe. But is it s nice alternative to plugs. Anyone looking for a plug should check out the njoy line. The best. I couldn't stay hands free on this for too long and perhaps ended the session too soon, but you can milk the prostate with this and feel as if you'd had multiple orgasms. I was a little sore after my session. Perhaps this is normal. it is a good sore though. I was pleasantly surprised with this item. I will use it again.

I've had the cradle for about a week. I have experienced no pleasurable sensation whatsoever. Make sure you use extra cushioning. My butt hurt significantly after my first use. Not sure it is doing anything other than causing pain in the perineum.

I have had this product about two weeks and find that it positively stimulates the prostate and surrounding area. I feel safe with it, and feel that it adds to my health. I have not had the "Big O" from using it (yet), but that's not what I bought it for.

Summary: "outstanding therapudic relief"

I have a long history of prostate congestion - no picnic. To provide relief, I have an original Aneros, an Aneros Progasm and a Prostate Cradle. Actually, for convenience, I now have two Prostate Cradles - both are the size XL [even though I am a 180 pound guy].

All of these devices work very well, but because the Prostate Cradle is non invasive, it gets used far more often than either Aneros. I use the Prostate Cradle at least three times per week. It is discreet, easy to use, feels good and its effective.

If you use it regularly, and don't wait until you have symptoms of prostate congestion, it is very pleasurable. Depending on the technique, you can experience non-ejaculatory orgasms. Or, you can effectively "milk" your prostate gland providing relief and release.

This is a device that is great for both therapudic use and pleasure. I bought it for its therapudec benefits. The exquisite pleasure it brings me makes me a regular user, and, as such, I haven't had any painful bouts of prostate congestion for three years now.

Highly, highly recommended!
